What Is High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS)?
High impact styrene sheet combines dimensional stability, impact resistance and heat resistance in a lightweight, non-toxic, odorless substrate. Easy to cut, score, drill and machine without specialist equipment — making it one of the most accessible sign blank materials for sign shops, display fabricators and craft builders alike.

Applications & Uses
The go-to substrate for indoor flat panel signs, point-of-purchase displays, real estate sign inserts, trade show displays and model building. Accepts Oracal 651 vinyl lettering and cut graphics without priming. Lightweight enough to ship flat without freight for smaller quantities.
