We are certified by Graphtec America to perform warranty and post-warranty repairs on Graphtec cutting plotters and vinyl cutters, using genuine Graphtec parts and following manufacturer-specified repair procedures.

How to Send Your Machine for Service
Step 1 — Contact us first Call 1-800-999-3160 or email sales@centralsignsupplies.com before shipping. Describe the problem and your model number. We'll confirm the issue is within our service scope and provide a shipping address and any packing instructions specific to your model.
Step 2 — Pack and ship FC9000 and CE8000 series cutters are large and require proper packaging to avoid shipping damage. If you no longer have the original packaging, contact us — we can advise on appropriate crating. Ship to: Central Sign Supplies, Inc., 4222 D St, Omaha NE 68107.
Step 3 — Diagnosis and estimate We'll diagnose the machine and contact you with a repair estimate before proceeding with any work. No surprise charges.
Step 4 — Repair and return Repairs are completed using genuine Graphtec parts. We'll contact you when the machine is ready and arrange return shipping.
Local drop-off available — if you're in the Omaha area or can transport the machine, local drop-off is available Monday–Friday. Call ahead to confirm availability.
