Hotronix® 360 IQ® Hat Heat Press

The Hotronix 360 IQ sets a new standard for hat heat presses — a 360° print area lets operators print the front, back, and sides of a cap without removing it from the press. The one-size-fits-all molded platen transitions between cap sizes without platen changes, reducing creasing and scorching on structured, unstructured, trucker, and low-profile styles. Independently controlled upper and lower heated platens allow heat transfer application on the cap body and patch or emblem application on the lower platen in the same workflow. One-hand operation and automatic opening reduce operator fatigue and over-application risk in production environments.
