Siser EasiSubli Sheets

The latest innovation in garment sublimation is here! EasySubli™ is a brand-new HTV by Siser® that allows you to print custom, full-color designs using your sublimation printer. EasySubli can be fed directly through a sublimation printer, which eliminates the need for transfer papers. After printing, it is recommended that you allow the inks to dry for 2 hours before masking, or you can lay your design underneath an open heat press platen for about 45 seconds. While traditional sublimation is limited to white polyester garments, EasySubli can be used with a variety of different fabrics and colors. EasySubli is also applied at a low temperature of 311°F, compared to 380°F and above for traditional sublimation. EasySubli is designed to work with virtually any sublimation printer, however, we recommend Sawgrass® machines and the specially formulated Siser EasySubli Inks by Sawgrass for best results.

What Makes EasiSubli Different 

Traditional sublimation only works on white or light polyester. Siser EasiSubli (also searched as EasySubli or "easy subli") removes both limits — print your full-color design, mask it, and heat-apply to cotton, blends, darks, and any garment color. It's the way to get true sublimation detail on garments sublimation normally can't touch.

The EasiSubli System 

What You Need EasiSubli is a workflow, not a single product. To run it you'll use:

• EasiSubli Sheets (this product) — the printable sublimation HTV
• EasiSubli Mask — required to transfer the printed design; weed and apply with the mask
• Siser ColorPrint SubliThin — sublimation print media for related work
• Siser Sublimation Markers — for hand-touches and detailing
• Heat transfer cover sheet — protects the design and platen during pressing

A sublimation printer and sublimation inks are also required. We recommend a Sawgrass printer with Siser EasiSubli inks for best results; inks are sourced from your sublimation ink supplier.

What is Siser EasiSubli? 

EasiSubli is a printable sublimation HTV from Siser. You print a full-color design on it with a sublimation printer, apply the EasiSubli mask, and heat-press it onto a garment — including cotton and dark colors that traditional sublimation can't do. 

Do I need special inks for EasiSubli? 

Yes — EasiSubli is printed with sublimation inks; Siser EasiSubli inks (by Sawgrass) are recommended. We stock the EasiSubli sheets, mask, and accessories; inks are sourced from your sublimation ink supplier.

Can EasiSubli go on cotton and dark shirts? 

Yes. Unlike traditional sublimation (white/light polyester only), EasiSubli works on cotton, blends, and dark or colored garments.

What temperature does EasiSubli apply at? 

311°F — notably lower than traditional sublimation, which typically runs 380°F and above.
