Oraguard 215 is ORAFOL's intermediate calendered PVC over-laminating film, designed for protection of medium- to long-term indoor and outdoor digital print applications. 2.75 mil film with 5-year outdoor durability and UV extension factor of 2 years. Available in Gloss, Matte and Semi-Gloss finishes in 30", 36", 50", 54" and 60" widths.

Applications & Uses
Professional over-lamination for flat digital print applications, vehicle graphics flat panels, point-of-sale displays, backlit graphics, indoor and outdoor signage. Apply over printed Oracal 651 and printed vinyl substrates to protect against UV degradation, abrasion, moisture and handling wear.
Gloss finish enhances color vibrancy and depth, the standard choice for outdoor signage and vehicle graphics panels. Matte finish reduces glare and produces a soft, premium appearance, preferred for retail displays, museum graphics and backlit applications. Semi-Gloss bridges both applications.
Important: Oraguard 215 is designed for flat applications only. For curved surfaces, contoured panels or vehicle wraps requiring conformability, see Oraguard 210 or a cast laminate like Oraguard 290.
Oraguard 215 vs Oraguard 210
The two most commonly compared laminates in the Oraguard lineup. Oraguard 210 is thinner (2.5 mil) with 4-year outdoor durability, suited for short- to medium-term applications and lighter-duty use. Oraguard 215 is thicker (2.75 mil) with 5-year durability, the upgrade choice for medium- to long-term outdoor print protection where added thickness and durability matter. Both are flat-application only. If your prints are going on curved or compound surfaces, step up to Oraguard 290.
