Oracal 751RA is a 2-mil high performance cast PVC vinyl film featuring ORAFOL's RapidAir technology — the same proven 751 cast film construction with a specially engineered air-egress liner that allows bubble-free application on large surfaces without fluid or extensive squeegee work. The 751RA is the right choice when you're applying 751-grade cast film to large vehicle panels, fleet graphics, or sign faces where working out air bubbles on a standard liner would slow the job down.

Applications & Uses
The 751RA delivers the same dimensional stability, conformability, and 8-year outdoor durability as the standard Oracal 751, with one significant workflow advantage: the RapidAir liner eliminates air entrapment during application. On large cut graphics — truck door lettering, trailer panel text, large sign faces — air bubbles on a standard liner require careful squeegee technique or fluid to work out. The RapidAir liner's micro air-egress channels let air escape automatically as the vinyl is applied, significantly speeding up installation on large pieces and reducing the risk of trapped air on oversized lettering or graphics.
Well suited for vehicle lettering and fleet graphics shops where production speed matters, large-format sign lettering, boat graphics, and any application where the size of the cut piece makes standard dry application difficult.
Oracal 751RA vs 751 — What's the Difference?
The 751RA and standard 751 are the same cast film — same 2-mil thickness, same adhesive, same 8-year outdoor durability, same cutting and weeding properties. The only difference is the liner. The standard 751 has a conventional silicone liner. The 751RA has the RapidAir liner with air-egress channels for bubble-free dry application.
The trade-off is color selection — the 751RA is available in 10 colors vs 70+ on the standard 751. If you need a specific color for a project and it's available in the 751RA, the installation speed advantage makes it the better choice for large format work. If you need a color only available on the standard 751, the standard roll is the right call.
