Oracal 631 in 15" punched width is a 3-mil matte-finish calendered PVC vinyl film with a water-based removable adhesive — the full Exhibition Cal specification on a punched core format compatible with desktop vinyl cutters that require punched media for precise roll feeding and registration. Removes cleanly from smooth painted surfaces with little to no adhesive residue.

The wider 15" format gives you more cutting area than the 12" rolls while remaining within the cutting width of most desktop machines. Well suited for wall decals, stencils, craft projects, trade show graphics, and temporary indoor signage where clean removal from smooth painted surfaces is required.
Oracal 631 vs 651 — What's the Difference?
The 631 is removable and matte — designed for temporary indoor use. The 651 is permanent and available in gloss or matte — designed for long-term outdoor and indoor applications. Use 631 for wall decals, craft projects, and stencils where clean removal is required. Use 651 for permanent decals, signs, and vehicle graphics that need to last. The 631 is not recommended for outdoor use or textured surfaces.
