Oracal 5650RA Reflective Vinyl 15" Punched — Diamond Grade Reflective Film
ORALITE 5650RA is a diamond grade retroreflective vinyl film — the highest reflectivity tier in the ORALITE reflective lineup, engineered for emergency vehicle chevron markings, high-visibility safety applications, and ASTM D4956 Type III compliance. The 5650RA features RapidAir adhesive technology in a 15" punched roll format for roll-fed vinyl plotters, delivering maximum retroreflective performance with bubble-free application capability.

Applications & Uses
The 5650RA is specified for applications where maximum retroreflective performance is a regulatory or safety requirement — emergency vehicle chevron markings per NFPA 1901, law enforcement vehicle markings, ambulance and fire apparatus graphics, and highway safety applications requiring Type III reflective sheeting. At 15" punched width the roll runs on desktop and mid-size production cutters for cut reflective graphics, lettering, and striping in emergency vehicle upfitting shops. The RapidAir liner provides bubble-free application even on the high-gloss surfaces common to emergency vehicles.
5650RA vs 5600RA — Diamond Grade vs Fleet Engineer Grade
The 5650RA provides significantly higher retroreflective performance than the 5600RA — use the 5650RA when maximum visibility is a safety or regulatory requirement. The 5600RA is the practical choice for standard fleet graphics where Type I reflectivity is sufficient and the lower initial tack simplifies large-format application. For emergency vehicle upfitting and applications specifying Type III sheeting, the 5650RA is the correct material.
