Description
5500 Engineer Grade is a weatherproof and self-adhesive retro reflective film with excellent corrosion and solvent resistance. The product was specifically developed for the manufacture of traffic control, guidance, information and warning signs as well as for reflective lettering, numbers and symbols, which are intended for long term outdoor use.
Oracal 5500 Reflective Vinyl 30" — Engineer Grade Reflective Film
ORALITE 5500 engineer grade reflective vinyl in 30" width — a mid-size production roll for sign shops cutting wider reflective graphics, larger traffic control signs, and reflective panels where the 15" or 24" widths are insufficient. ASTM D4956 Type I retroreflective performance for standard traffic and informational sign applications.

Applications & Uses
The 30" width handles wider reflective sign panels and graphics that exceed the 24" format — parking lot directional signs, larger traffic control applications, and reflective background panels for mounted sign systems. Runs on mid-size production vinyl plotters for full media utilization without trimming. The standard liner permanent adhesive suits cut-and-apply sign fabrication workflows where repositionability is not required.
