ORALITE 5600RA is a fleet engineer grade reflective marking film and digital print media engineered for emergency and commercial vehicle graphics. The 5600RA features ORAFOL's RapidAir adhesive technology for bubble-free application over rivets, curves, and body panels — and offers a lower initial tack than the ORALITE 5650RA, making it better suited for box truck, trailer, and larger-format wrap applications where repositionability during installation is needed. Available in 24" width in white.

The lower initial tack compared to the 5650RA diamond grade film allows panels to be repositioned during installation before the adhesive sets — a significant advantage on large fleet wraps where panel alignment matters.
Print shops producing reflective decals for DOT compliance, safety signage, and fleet identification will find the 5600RA compatible with most wide-format inkjet platforms including HP Latex, Roland, and Mimaki with appropriate RIP profiles.
5600RA vs 5650RA — Which Reflective Grade Do You Need?
The 5600RA is Fleet Engineer Grade — the mid-tier in the ORALITE reflective lineup. The 5650RA is Diamond Grade, offering higher retroreflective performance for applications requiring maximum visibility such as emergency vehicle chevron markings and high-visibility safety apparel. The 5600RA's lower initial tack and RapidAir liner make it more practical for larger vehicle wrap applications. If your application requires maximum retroreflectivity and meets ASTM D4956 Type III specifications, the 5650RA is the correct specification. For standard fleet identification, commercial vehicle graphics, and DOT compliance markings where Type I performance is sufficient, the 5600RA delivers the right balance of reflectivity and workability.
