5600RA Reflective Vinyl 48" White w/RapidAir — Fleet Engineer Grade Reflective Film
ORALITE 5600RA fleet engineer grade reflective marking film in 48" width — the production roll width for full-coverage fleet graphics on box trucks, trailers, and commercial vehicles. The 5600RA's RapidAir adhesive technology enables bubble-free application over riveted panels and curved body lines, with a lower initial tack than the ORALITE 5650RA diamond grade for easier repositioning on large-format applications. The 48" width covers most trailer panel heights in a single pass, minimizing horizontal seams on full-coverage fleet wraps.

Applications & Uses
The 48" width is the standard production width for fleet graphics shops applying full-coverage reflective wraps to semi-trailers, box trucks, and transit vehicles. At 48" wide the film covers standard trailer panel heights without horizontal seams, allowing cleaner panel-to-panel registration on multi-color fleet graphics. The RapidAir liner's air-egress channels allow dry application without squeegee fluid on large panels, and the lower initial tack gives installers time to position and reposition the film before it sets permanently — critical on panels this wide where a misaligned application wastes expensive reflective material.
Compatible with wide-format inkjet platforms for digitally printed reflective fleet graphics and with production vinyl plotters for cut reflective lettering and striping applications.
