The 631 is removable and matte — designed for temporary indoor use. The 651 is permanent — designed for long-term outdoor and indoor applications. Use 631 sheets for wall decals and craft projects where clean removal is required. Use 651 sheets for permanent decals, labels, and graphics that need to last. The 631 is not recommended for outdoor use or textured surfaces.
