Description
ORALITE 5600 in 30" gives fleet shops more room than the 24" roll for taller lettering and larger reflective graphics. It's ORAFOL's Fleet Engineer Grade film (the reflective counterpart to Oracal vinyl), 5 mil cast PVC, meeting ASTM D4956 Type I, Class 1.

Applications & Uses
Box truck side lettering and logos often run just past 24". A 30" roll handles those in one piece and pairs with 30" production cutters like the Graphtec FC9000-75.
The film conforms over corrugations and rivets, so larger graphics on ribbed or riveted panels still seat properly. Transfer with a high-tack tape like Oratape HT55.
5600 or 5600RA?
5600 is Fleet Engineer Grade (Type I, Class 1) on a standard liner, made for cut lettering and markings. 5600RA is rated Type I, Class 3 with RapidAir adhesive for large wraps, trailers and rivet-heavy panels. Order to the spec when a job names a grade or ASTM class.
