Description
ORAFOL developed ORALITE 5600 for vehicle graphics: reflective lettering, markings and decorations cut on a plotter. The film is 5 mil cast PVC, self-adhesive and weather resistant, and it meets ASTM D4956 Type I, Class 1. ORALITE is ORAFOL's reflective line, the same company that makes Oracal vinyl.

Applications & Uses
The 24" roll is the working width most fleet shops keep stocked for door lettering, unit numbers, company logos and reflective striping. It runs on 24" cutters like the Graphtec CE8000-60.
Because the film is flexible enough to go over corrugations and rivets, it works on ribbed box truck sides and riveted trailer doors as well as smooth panels. Use a high-tack transfer tape such as Oratape HT55 and a felt-wrapped ORAFOL squeegee to protect the reflective face.
5600 or 5600RA?
5600 is Fleet Engineer Grade (Type I, Class 1) with a standard liner, well suited to cut lettering and markings. 5600RA 24" is rated Type I, Class 3 and uses RapidAir adhesive for large wraps, trailers and rivet-heavy panels. For general fleet graphics with RapidAir, see 5650RA 24".
