Description
ORALITE 5600 is ORAFOL's Fleet Engineer Grade reflective film, built for vehicle lettering, markings and decoration. ORALITE is ORAFOL's reflective line, so shops that order Oracal vinyl are buying from the same manufacturer. It meets ASTM D4956 Type I, Class 1. This 15" punched roll is sized for cut work on sprocket-fed and desktop plotters.

Applications & Uses
The 15" roll covers unit numbers, door lettering, small logos and reflective striping on fleet vehicles. The punched edges keep the roll tracking straight on sprocket-fed cutters. It also runs on 15" friction-fed machines like the Graphtec CE8000-40.
ORAFOL built the 5600 to flex over corrugations and rivets, so lettering on ribbed trailer panels and riveted doors stays down. Reflective film is thicker than standard vinyl, so a high-tack tape like Oratape HT55 makes transfer easier.
5600 or 5600RA?
5600 is Fleet Engineer Grade (Type I, Class 1) on a standard liner, a good fit for cut lettering and markings. 5600RA is rated Type I, Class 3 and adds RapidAir adhesive for large wraps, trailers and rivet-heavy panels. If a job spec names a grade or ASTM class, order to the spec.
