Graphtec Plotter Blades

Genuine Graphtec CB09UB replacement blades — the standard 0.9mm, 45° blades for cutting adhesive vinyl, sign vinyl, heat transfer vinyl, and standard sign media up to 0.25mm (9mil) thick on FC and CE series cutters. The CB09UB is the factory-standard blade for all Graphtec roll-fed and flatbed cutters using the Blue-Tip CB09 holder, and the correct first replacement blade for everyday vinyl cutting operations.

Compatible blade holder: PHP33-CB09N-HS Blue-Tip. Compatible cutters: FC9000, FC8600, CE8000, CE7000, CE series. Replace blades at the first sign of tearing, ragged cut edges, or incomplete cuts on standard vinyl — a worn blade is the most common cause of cutting quality issues. For media thicker than 0.25mm, use the CB15U Supersteel blades and Red Top holder instead.

Recommended cutter settings on FC9000: Offset +1, Force 6–8, Speed 30 or less, Acceleration 4. Always test cut before production runs.
