Full 4x8 (48" x 96") corrugated plastic sheets in 4mm for sign fabrication, custom cutting and large-format signage. Most shops call it coroplast; it's the same weatherproof fluted polypropylene used in standard sign blanks, sold as full sheets for shops that cut their own sizes. Each sheet yields approximately 8 standard 18x24 sign blanks.

Applications & Uses

Full sheet stock for sign shops and fabricators cutting custom sizes in-house. Use it for yard signs, real estate signs, election signs and retail displays. It cuts cleanly with a utility knife or panel saw, so no special tooling is needed.

Compatible with Oracal 651 vinyl by ORAFOL, direct screen printing and digital printing with appropriate inks. For ground-mounted signs, use coro stakes or mount cut blanks in real estate sign frames and 1/2" rod frames for 18x24 signs.

Full Sheets or Pre-Cut Blanks?

Pre-cut 18x24 corrugated plastic blanks come ready to use and suit standard yard sign runs. Full 4x8 sheets make more sense when you need non-standard sizes, want to control your own yield, or run enough volume that cutting blanks in-house costs less. Which way do the flutes run?

The flutes run the 8ft length of the sheet, so blanks cut from it take H-stakes in the correct direction.
