Standard 18"x24" corrugated plastic sign blanks in 4mm, the most widely used sign blank size in the industry. They're lightweight, weatherproof and UV resistant, with a smooth surface ready for vinyl lettering, digital printing or screen printing. The fluted polypropylene doesn't absorb moisture, rust or rot.

Stakes, Frames and Grommets
For ground mounting, the flutes take standard H-stakes and our 10"x30" coro stakes or 12"x33" coro stakes. For a more finished look, mount blanks in 1/2" rod real estate frames. To hang yard signs on fences, walls or railings, add Fasnap #2 brass grommets at the corners so zip ties or rope don't tear through the plastic.
Why Corona Treated Corrugated Plastic
Corona treatment is a surface activation process that raises the surface energy of the polypropylene so inks and adhesives bond properly. On untreated corrugated plastic, ink beads up and vinyl can peel early. CSS stocks corona treated blanks as standard, the same spec professional sign shops use.
Pre-Cut Blanks or Full Sheets?
Pre-cut blanks are ready to use straight out of the box. Shops that need non-standard sizes or cut their own blanks in volume should look at 4x8 corrugated plastic sheets. For longer-lasting outdoor signs, step up to white aluminum sign blanks or AlumaCorr panels.

Which way do the flutes run?
Vertically. The flutes run the 18" height of the blank, so H-stakes and coro stakes slide in from the bottom edge.
What are grommets for on yard signs?
Grommets reinforce the holes you hang a sign from, so it can be zip-tied or roped to a fence or railing without tearing. Brass grommets set with a hand setter or press work on 4mm corrugated plastic.
