AlumaCorr is a corrugated aluminum composite panel with a fluted polypropylene copolymer core and aluminum on both sides. Shops often search for it as Alumacore or aluma core. The lightweight construction makes it easy to handle and install, and the aluminum faces hold up well to corrosion and outdoor weathering.

Applications & Uses
AlumaCorr sign panels are widely used as sign blanks for real estate signs, directional signs, yard signs and facility signage. The smooth aluminum face accepts direct vinyl application, digital printing and screen printing without additional surface preparation. It's a lightweight but rigid alternative to solid aluminum sheets and ACM panels for jobs where weight matters. For cut lettering, apply Oracal 651 vinyl by ORAFOL directly to the face.

Both use a fluted core, but AlumaCorr's aluminum faces give a flatter, more rigid panel that holds up better outdoors over time. For short-term yard signs and event signage where cost comes first, corrugated plastic sign panels and 18x24 corrugated blanks are the budget pick.
