Description
This is ORAFOL's ORALITE 5600RA (the reflective line from the maker of Oracal) in a 54" roll. It is built for print shops running 54" wide-format printers that want to produce reflective fleet graphics in-house. The film is rated ASTM D4956 Type I, Class 3, and its RapidAir adhesive lets you apply it dry across wide panels.

Applications & Uses
A 54" roll loads straight onto Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh and HP Latex printers of that width, so you can print reflective panels at full width without piecing narrower rolls together. For wet-sensitive printed graphics, the dry RapidAir install is the safer route; there's no application fluid sitting on fresh ink.
To contour-cut or weed printed panels, the Graphtec FC9000-140 is sized for 54" media. Use a felt-wrapped ORAFOL squeegee to keep from scuffing the printed face.
5600RA or 5650RA?
Both have RapidAir adhesive. 5600RA (Type I, Class 3) is the choice for large wraps, trailers and rivet-heavy panels. 5650RA 54" White is Fleet Engineer Grade (Type I, Class 1), meant for general fleet graphics and lettering. Order to the spec when a job names a grade or ASTM class. Neither film is "Diamond Grade," which is a 3M product name.
