Description
Specially developed for vehicle graphics applications to produce reflective lettering, markings and decorations. Series 5600 is suitable for use on cutting plotters. Provides flexibility for application over corrugations and rivets. 5-mil, cast PVC reflective film that is weather resistant and self-adhesive. Series 5600 is flexible with excellent corrosion and solvent resistance. Meets ASTM D 4956 specifications for Type I, Class 1 retro reflective sheeting.

ORALITE 5600 fleet engineer grade reflective vinyl in 48" width with standard liner — the production width for full-panel fleet graphics on box trucks, trailers, and transit vehicles using standard liner format. For shops that prefer the higher initial tack of the conventional liner over the RapidAir format, the 5600 48" delivers the same glass bead retroreflective performance with a standard application workflow.

Applications & Uses
The 48" standard liner format suits experienced fleet graphics installers who prefer wet application methods on large panels — fluid-assisted application with a conventional liner gives skilled installers more working time than the dry RapidAir method while maintaining full-width coverage on trailer panels. The 48" width covers standard trailer side panel heights without horizontal seams, allowing cleaner results on full-coverage reflective fleet wraps. Compatible with wide-format inkjet printers for digitally printed applications.
