Description
Oracal 651 48" Vinyl Rolls: Wide-Format Intermediate Calendered Sign Vinyl by ORAFOL
Oracal 651 in 48" width is the roll for graphics too wide for a 24" or 30" roll: large wall graphics, wide window graphics, full-panel lettering and big outdoor signs. One 48" piece covers the job without a seam running through the design.
Central Sign Supplies is a family-owned ORAFOL Premier Distributor in Omaha since 1951. We carry 48" Oracal 651 in 80 color and finish options (62 colors, 18 of them also in matte), in 1, 10 and 50 yard lengths. No wholesale account required.
Why 48" Width
The 48" roll is the widest Oracal 651 we stock. Use it when a graphic would otherwise need two pieces seamed together. It needs a cutter that accepts media wider than 48", such as the Graphtec FC9000-140 (54") or FC9000-160 (64").
For narrower work, see the 30" roll, 24" roll, 15" punched roll and 12" roll.

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I use 48-inch Oracal 651 instead of 24-inch?
Use 48-inch when a graphic is wider than a 24-inch or 30-inch roll can cover in one piece, such as large wall graphics, wide window graphics and full-panel lettering. One wide piece avoids a seam line through the design.
What cutter do I need for 48-inch vinyl?
You need a roll-fed vinyl cutter that accepts media wider than 48 inches, such as the Graphtec FC9000-140 (54-inch) or FC9000-160 (64-inch).
Is Central Sign Supplies an authorized ORAFOL distributor?
Yes. Central Sign Supplies is listed as an ORAFOL Premier Distributor in ORAFOL Americas' distributor directory.
How long does Oracal 651 last outdoors?
Up to 6 years for standard colors, 4 years for metallics and 3 years for 086 Brilliant Blue, on a clean vertical surface.
What is the difference between Oracal 651 and 751?
651 is a 2.5 mil calendered film rated up to 6 years, best for flat surfaces and general sign work. 751 is a 2 mil cast film rated up to 8 years in black and white, better for curves and long-term vehicle graphics.
What lengths does 48-inch Oracal 651 come in?
1 yard, 10 yard and 50 yard lengths. Call 800-999-3160 to confirm 1 yard availability in your color.
