The Siser Romeo is a 24" high-definition vinyl cutter built for HTV decorators, sticker producers and sign shops that need wider cutting in a compact desktop format. It takes material up to 25" wide, cuts at up to 600mm/s with 800g of force, and reads registration marks with a built-in camera for print and cut work. It runs on Siser's Leonardo Design Studio software over Wi-Fi or USB.

Applications & Uses

The Romeo is built for production work: HTV shirt decorating, sticker and label runs, and decals. The camera finds registration marks on printed sheets, so print and cut stickers line up without manual alignment. Matless roll cutting lets you run continuous jobs from 24" rolls without stopping to load a mat, and 800g of force handles thicker specialty HTV and layered material.

It's quiet enough for a shared studio or retail back room, and Leonardo Design Studio imports SVG files and other standard vector formats, so artwork from Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape comes straight in.

Siser Romeo or Graphtec CE8000-60?

Both handle 24" media. The Romeo is the desktop choice for HTV, stickers and print and cut, with Wi-Fi and Siser's Leonardo software. The Graphtec CE8000-60 is a roll-fed sign cutter on a stand, built for long vinyl runs and sign-shop production. Shops cutting mostly apparel and stickers tend to choose the Romeo; shops cutting mostly sign vinyl tend to choose the Graphtec.
