Description
Our Fluorescent High Opacity Screen Printing Ink is semi-opaque and can be printed on light to medium colored, 100% cotton garments without the need for an underlay. These colors print beautifully and are extremely vibrant. For dark colored garments and anything other than 100% cotton, it is recommended an underbase white be used.
